Youths under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Charles River Canoe and Kayak also has rentals in Newton on the upper Charles River.

Dragon Boat Club of Boston, 1st Place winners of the 2006 Boston Dragonboat Regatta and the oldest incorporated competitive dragon boat racing team in Boston, invites you for a free paddle on the only two dragonboats you'll find on the Charles right now. What is a dragon boat? It's like a cross between canoeing and crew but in these giant 20-man fiberglass boats. New paddlers always welcome - no experience necessary.
