Skill level ranges from beginner to experienced music students.
Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a more advanced player, DayJams offers you the opportunity to learn guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and vocals. You’ll work with professional musicians and teachers in a friendly and creative environment.
DayJams was created for kids between the ages of 9-15 by the National Guitar Workshop (NGW), the nation’s largest summer music program. Since 1984, NGW has been teaching musicians at overnight programs across North America and Europe. Through DayJams, NGW’s outstanding program is available for younger students at day camps in their own communities. A Professional staff of music teachers, art teachers, and counselors is committed to providing a safe, fun-filled week of music and creativity.
