Treat your child to a fantastic, hands-on birthday party at Nashoba Bakery. Parties are age-appropriate, creative and delicious, and the bakery runs the party so that special day remains fun & easy for everyone.

What you get
The party starts by working with owner/head baker Stu Witt, where kids will learn all about making pizza. Each child works with fresh dough, sauce and cheese to assemble their own pizzas.

While the pizzas are baking in the oven, the children tour the bakery and see what is involved in making bread. After eating their pizzas, the children dive into decorating cookies.

Everything is provided: drinks, paper goods, all the “ingredients” for a phenomenal cookie decorating experience, party favors (each child’s cookie-works-of-art) and a delicious, beautiful cake.

Each party lasts for an hour and forty five minutes, allowing for an exciting yet relaxed pace.

Cost
$25 per child and $50 party fee including birthday cake and cookies to take home.

Additional Information
The only other information they’ll need is the number of guests, (minimum of 10 children), your child’s favorite cookie shapes & what flavor cake he or she would like.

To schedule a party, call Stu Witt at (978) 318 1999.

5-starBirthday Party Scored Big Points
We contacted Nashoba Brook Bakery after seeing the entry here at Boston Central, and hosted a party for our daughter and a gaggle of 10 and 11 year old young ladies on Saturday, January 27, 2007. This outing far exceeded our expectations. Stu Wills, the owner and master baker provided a charming, educational, hands on (and hands in) approach to baking. To see this group of tweens eagerly rolling out baguettes, decorating cookies, and making pizzas (they had lunch!) was a real joy. Each girl brought home a traditional pie box with their baked creations inside- their names had been written on each with a flourish by Stu. They toured the commercial kitchen, and really got a first hand look at what goes into the art of baking. We also ordered a cake for the party from the retail shop, and the quality was outstanding. A few parents had come along, and since there is a very fine cafe associated with the bakery, we ensconced ourselves on comfy couches at the back of the shop for the duration. The lattes were some of the best we've had, and the pastries were yummy. The partygoers deemed this event the 'best' and the adults were able to kick back and let them enjoy themselves. Well worth the trip to cozy West Concord. Additionally, Stu was very willing to let us take lots of pictures and video, and also presented the birthday girl with a beautiful braided bread made and baked especially for her. Lots of fun, and truly age-appropriate. The bakery will provide water and standard plates, napkins, and forks - we chose to embellish the party with themed paper goods and lemonade. of our own. Copius storage was provided, and bakery staff assisted with set up for the 'party' portion. A nice touch, and one that we parents appreciated, is that once the party goers are in the kitchen, they're there for the duration - no need to worry about them milling around the cafe or elsewhere. Stu keeps the pace rolling right along - time passed very quickly for a party that lasted a little better than two hours. A word of advice - book well in advance.
5-starBirthday Party
My daughter, who was turning 12, and her friends had a great Birthday Party at Nashoba Brook Bakery on January 29, 2006. If you're tired of standard B.Parties, have fun at this cute little bakery with its friendly owner Stu. Making personnel pizzas, playing with dough, decorating cookies was a lot of fun. Pizzas were fresh and delicious. Birthday Cake's quality was excellent.
