Great Customer Service And Excellent Entertainment, Tue 28 Feb 2006
We hosted a birthday party for our 1 year old daughter. The gathering included 18 kids in the age range of 2 to 13! Being new to Mass we didn't have many references and so I did my research on the Internet and then finally had to go with my gut feeling.
From the time I made the reservation, the have been very responsive helping me plan the event. We had asked for a clown/ balloon twister/ face painter/ juggler. They asked me the right questions to help me figure out what all the entertainer should do within the allocated time.
On the event day Jeanine the clown was really great! I was hoping that while all the kids are engaged by Jeanine, the adults to have some decent conversation. But I realized that all adults were equally interested in the show! Everybody asked me how I found them out.
I would say just by luck :) I would highly recommend them.
