Grooming
100% FAN Snowmaking Technology allows CM to create the driest snow possible in the shortest amount of time with the most energy efficient system in the North East. Not only was Crotched Mountain the first resort to be 100% open in the past 5 out of 6 seasons, but the snow produced from this system was dry, resilient and easily groomed. Withstanding weather conditions and skier traffic throughout the season, Crotched's machine snow is the next best thing to the two foot powder dump and is the closest thing to heaven.
Lodge
After many debates on the “LOOKS” of CM’s lodge, the verdict has come in … Comments from our customers: “all in one building … easy to get around … huge rental shop with direct access to the beginner slopes … inside ticket booths to stay warm … clean and spacious cafeteria with plenty of room and tables to sit down … lots of cubby holes for storage in the entrance lobby” … and this year a brand new FIREPLACE!
