The room you walk into when entering has a pirate ship cutting right through it, with working parts, costumes, and a crows nest with a view into one of the upper rooms.
There are several other 'theme' rooms like a grocery/restaurant room; a quiet reading room (with books); and a young children's farm room. There is also a craft room where kids can create a piece of artwork to take home.

Children (1 - 8): $6
Children under 1: free
Hours:
Sunday - Tuesday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
**Now open for free on the Third Thursday Evening of every month from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm.

The museum is filled with beautiful exhibits including a real size pirate ship and an under the sea baby room. My kids spent 3 hours at the museum and didn't want to leave!
