Roam around in search of favorite animals, help out in the educational garden, or take a stroll through the sanctuary’s fields and forests.
Animals on the Farm
Visit with pigs, sheep, goats, and chickens as well as owls and other birds of prey and woodland creatures, including a skunk and a rabbit. The farm stand even sells home-grown meat, vegetables, eggs, and wool products, all straight from the farm.
Hayrides
Take a 15-minute hayride tour of the farm during the spring, summer, and fall seasons at Drumlin Farm, weather permitting. Adults are $2 and children 2+ are $1. Under 2 ride free.
Digging Deeper
Join our naturalists during your visit to get the inside scoop on happenings at Drumlin Farm. Casual, drop-in activities for visitors run daily April-November at 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 2:30 p.m.
Or, dig even deeper—sign up for Drumlin’s hands-on, engaging programs, ranging from farm chores to orienteering to summer camp. Run weekdays, April-November 10 am and 11:30 am, on weekends. Birthday Parties
Drumlin Farm is now offering birthday parties! If you are looking for a space or an activity for your child’s birthday in a pastoral, low-key setting, Drumlin Farm is a great option. Birthday parties can be scheduled during the school year on weekends, but not during the summertime.

Visitor Center/Nature Center Hours:
March through October:
Tuesday through Sunday, and Monday holidays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
November through February:
Tuesday through Sunday, and Monday holidays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Trails are only open when the nature center is open.

Nature Center/Trail Hours:
Drumlin Farm is open Tuesday-Sunday year-round, except Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Please note, we are closed on Mondays except on federal Monday holidays. Occasionally, we are closed to general visitation for special events.
Nature Center Hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm March 1-October 31; 9:00 am-4:00 pm November 1-February 28. Trails: Open only when the nature center is open. Drumlin Farm is closed Mondays except on federal Monday holidays.

South Great Road, Lincoln, MA map
From the north and south:
Take Rt. 95 (Rt. 128) north or south to exit 26 (Rt. 20, Weston/Waltham). Follow signs for Rt. 20 east. Stay in the left lane and go straight through the traffic light. Just beyond the traffic light at the blinking yellow light, take a left and follow signs for Rt. 117. At the next traffic light, take a left onto Rt. 117 west. Follow Rt. 117 west for 4.5 miles and the sanctuary is on the left. Turn left into the sanctuary and take the first right. The parking lot is straight ahead.
From the east and west:
Take Rt. 2 east or west to Rt. 126 (Walden Pond, Framingham). Turn onto Rt. 126 south (Walden Pond) and follow for 2.5 miles to the intersection of Rt. 126 and Rt. 117. Take a left onto Rt. 117 east and the sanctuary is one mile ahead on the right. Take a right into the sanctuary and take the first right. The parking lot is straight ahead.
By public transportation:
Take the MBTA commuter rail to Lincoln Station. Walk south one block on Lincoln Rd. Take a left on Codman Rd and then a right into the back entrance of Mass Audubon headquarters. Follow the road straight through the grounds to Rt 117. Cross Rt 117 to reach Drumlin Farm.

- To make the most of your day at Drumlin Farm, we recommend that you bring an all-terrain stroller (or a jog stroller, regular strollers won't do on the inner dirt paths), Bottled water, snacks for a picnic (there are tables about), and binoculars to see the deer and or birds.
