5-starLove It
This place is great. My two year old LOVES it. We've been there at least a dozen times and have never experienced rowdy older kids, if I did I would have no problem mentioning it to the staff, who is extremely helpful and friendly.
5-starBest Indoor Playspace
I absolutely love Together In Motion!! I have a 4.5 year old and a 2 year old, and they both love the place too. The space is lovely--it's super clean (much cleaner than any other indoor space I've come across in the area), bright and inspiring. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I feel my kids can really stretch their legs here and get some good exercise. It's wonderful both in the summer (the air conditioning is great for hot days) and of course in the winter, where I welcome having a place to let the kids exhaust their energy. Finally, I love the vibe here. There's usually great music playing softly in the background, comfy couches (where we often sit to eat our snacks), and good magazines to browse (if my kids let me.) It's a perfect place to meet others for a playdate--both for the kids and the parents!
4-starFrustrated Too
I really like this place, but I too have noticed kids who have to be older than 6. This is a great place, but they should really have designated hours - 0-3 years certain times and 3+ years other times. Having 1 year olds 'play' with 5 and 6 year olds is more frustrating than the $7 is worth.
3-starFrustrated Too
I really love the space - it is a great place for me to bring my fair and sensitive skinned 1year old. However the three times i have been there for open play there have been kids (many older than 6) who've been allowed by their parents to run wild. Telling the babies and their parents to move out of the way. As the last reviewer mentioned they often dominate the play structures and other toys with out any intervention from staff or their parents. if it was less unruly i'd give this space a 5 stars. I'm going to try it out one more time and if there are still bullying big kids and inattentive parents . I won't return. A shame , really.
3-starFrustration
Although the play space itself is great .. the day we visited the place was loaded with children over six.. they were taking the materials from the younger children and telling them to get out of their space.. the worker was too far away to really see what was going on and the parents of the older children seemed very busy on the computers and reading in a separate quiet room .. I would survey the other visitors, before I pay my seven dollars, if I was to go back ..
