The play area caters more to the toddler set. There is a lot of shade, benches, four baby/toddler swings, and the climb-on area is big enough for mom to get up there too with a toddler. For older kids there is a paved area where they can use ride-on toys, and you can walk around the park with your stroller.
Not far from the park, heading back toward Rte 135, there is a Brighams if you want ice cream after you play!

Route 85, Hopkinton, MA map
The EMC Playground in Hopkinton is located on Route 85, a little ways past the intersection of Route 135 and 85. If you are coming from Route 9, you take Rte 85 South, past Hopkinton State Park, through the lights at Route 135, and a ways down on your right you'll see a school. There on the LEFT is the park entrance.
