You can purchase tickets at the Skywalk Observatory Kiosk located in Prudential Arcade. The kiosk is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week. In the event the kiosk is closed, you may also purchase tickets at the Skywalk entrance located on the 50th floor of the Prudential Tower. The Skywalk does close for private functions. Please call ahead to confirm that they will be open on the day you arrive.
