The Little Gym Builds Confidence that Leads to a Lifetime of Success. Developmental Gymnastics is the heart of The Little Gym motor skill development program. We help children build physical, mental, emotional and social skills that will lead to a lifetime of success.
Kids have a great time progressing through friendly, non-competitive classes designed to provide increased skill development as they mature. As always, The Little Gym® classes allow kids to have fun while focusing on achievement at their own pace. Kids can enter the program at any age and begin building the skills and self-esteem that will help them be successful now, and in the future.
Programs include: Developmental Gymnastics, Dance, Karate, Sports Skills, as well as Summer & Holiday Camps
Our Curriculum is divided into Parent/Child classes for infants and toddlers; Pre-k/Kinder classes for ages 3-5; and Grade School level for 6-12 years of age. Each class is taught by our professionally trained instructors who are sensitive to each child’s individual ability and personality.
Our Philosophy
The Little Gym's unique curriculum offers your child many life enhancing benefits and will prepare them for a lifetime of success. While your child is building motor skills, they will also show improvement in social and intellectual skills. Your child will increase flexibility, balance and rhythm, and consequently improve self-esteem, and confidence.
Listening skills, attention span and the ability to follow directions will improve. Your child will become more confident, more willing to take risks, and challenge themselves in ways they never have before…all while having fun!
Birthday Bashes!
Kids love to have their parties at The Little Gym®. Every private party is held one at a time, so you have the entire gym to yourself. Your Awesome Birthday Bash is filled with plenty of music, movement, games, AirTrak, obstacle courses and fun created especially to meet the needs of your child.
A party at The Little Gym® is a no stress birthday party for parents, because we handle everything from invitations to clean-up. Kids have a blast and parents rest easy...awesome!
Side effects of The Little Gym include: better physical coordination, stronger self-confidence, and sudden outbursts of laughter!

My Kid's Love The Little Gym!, Wed 7 Mar 2007
I take my 2 year old to the parent/child class on Tuesdays. Within minutes, he is trying every piece of equipment in the place! He's been going for about a year now and is fearless (not always a good thing!). My daughter does gymnastics and dance there as well and is really showing improvement and can't wait to go every week! Last year, we had her birthday there and her friends at daycare still talk about how much fun it was.
