Bounceback Fitness provides one-hour outdoor & indoor classes specifically designed to help women get fit after pregnancy. Here’s the best part – onsite babysitting provided only a few feet away!
The class sizes at Bounceback Fitness are small, which allows the instructors to offer more personal attention. Classes include a warm-up, cardio exercises, drills, strength training, abdominal work and a cool down. The program offers baby-sitting on-site for children under 12-18 months (pre-walking).

What are the classes like?
All classes are instructed by a certified fitness instructor in order to insure safe and effective classes for all levels. Classes are 60 minutes and consist of a warm-up, cardio exercises, drills, strength training, abdominal work and a cool down. All levels are welcome as exercises can be modified to fit your fitness readiness.
How do I register?
The easiest and most efficient way to register is on-line (even if you choose to mail a check). Click here to go directly to the registration page on the site. If you can't register on-line, please print and fill out the registration form [pdf] and mail it along with a signed waiver and payment to:

How long are the workouts?
Classes are 60 minutes. Classes will start promptly, please arrive a few minutes early to get you and your baby situated.
What do I do in bad weather?
Bounceback Fitness is structured to be an outdoor class; therefore we will do our best to be outside as much as possible including workouts in very light showers, windy days and sunshine. In heavy rain, we will either move to an indoor location (Pine Manor College's gym or dance studio) or postpone the class. If weather is questionable, please call 617-240-2858 30 minutes before class time for the class status.
What if class is postponed?
If class is postponed, due to inclement weather, you can make up the class on another day.
What if my baby is having a cranky day?
If your baby needs your attention, feel free to do so, but be sure to advise the instructor that you are sitting out of an exercise. The classes are in one general area, so you will never be very far from your child. Feel free to care for your baby as needed, we understand your baby is your first priority.
Do I have to register for a class?
Signing up for a session is the most cost effective way to participate and also helps to guarantee you a spot in the class. However, you can always pay per class at the drop-in rate of $22. Please bring exact change (instructors will not have change) or bring a check made out to Bounceback Fitness, Boston. If this is your first class, you must also bring a signed waiver.
What should I bring to class?
- Water
- Mat or towel for the grass
- Good running/cross training shoes
- A baby carrier of your choice. Preferably a baby jogger or stroller, but a backpack and/or baby Bjorn will also work. (Each carrier should have a protective cover)
- Sun block to protect you and your baby from Mother Nature
- Your enthusiastic spirit and great attitude
Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be given for medical reason with documentation. Refunds are not retroactive and will only be issued for the remainder of the session.
