10.0 Academy (formerly Five Star Gymnastics) offers gymnastics classes for toddlers, preschoolers and school aged children. All staff members are USAG Safety Certified and Level I PDP, CPR and First Aid certified.

Classes Offered:

Gym Buddies ~ Toddler level
Classes for tots ages 18 months to three years encourages tandem exploration with Mom, Dad or other adult. These young explorers delight while climbing, crawling, sliding, jumping, rolling and bouncing their way through a 45 minute class of muscle building fun! Classes begin with a short musical warm up and close with a hand clapping and name learning circle time. A short “Open Gym Time” is included prior to the end of class.

Gym Stars ~ Preschool level
Creative Pre School program for children ages 3.5 to 5 yrs. allows each child the flexibility to achieve at their own pace. Every 45 minute class begins with a movement warm-up and is followed by gymnastics exploration on all equipment including uneven bars, balance beams, tumbletrak, trampoline, barrels, wedges and our 10,000 colored foam block pit. The safe use of all equipment and proper tumbling is reinforced during each class.

Recreational Classes
Our once a week Recreational Gymnastics classes offer hour long instruction for grade school students. All classes focus on the fundamentals of artistic Gymnastics along with the development of strength and flexibility; a formula that compliments and enhances any sport. Our gymnastics curriculum follows the progressions promoted by USA Gymnastics. Students may advance to 2 hr. classes or specific training programs upon request and with instructor approval.

Boys Gymnastics and Trampoline
Grades 1-8 A class for sport development. One or two hour classes concentrating on the drills and skills of basic tumbling and trampoline training. Emphasis will be placed on form, technique and explores aerial twisting and flipping.
