Fitness classes are designed for parents to take along with their children. They offer classes ranging from from yoga with your infant, toddler or preschooler to post natal aerobics. Bounce Youth Fitness is located within Mass Health and Fitness in Shrewsbury.

Fees:
Class fees are $75 for 6 weeks including one structured class and one open gym class per week. Classes are available Monday through Friday, and each class lasts approximately one hour.
