This fall Om Grown Yoga will be offering children’s yoga classes at Stellabella Toys in Inman Square, Cambridge. I am excited to have the opportunity to share the fun and philosophy of children’s yoga through poses, movement activities, games, songs, stories and more.

6-week sessions begin on September 18th at Stellabella Toys in Inman:

Wednesdays @ 10am for ages 2-4 (with parents/caregivers)
Wednesdays @ 3:30pm for ages 3-6
Wednesdays @ 4:30pm for ages 6-10
