H2K Happy Healthy Kids Fitness Studio provides a safe, nurturing and non-competitive environment for children and families to stay fit, while building self-esteem and instilling the fundamentals of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Children will be in a safe environment where fitness is fun! H2K offers kids Yoga, Zumba, and sports conditioning classes with the knowledge that kids fitness should be fun and challenging.
It is important children begin a regular fitness routine at a young age in the hopes it will inspire them to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the future.
H2K also offers adult fitness classes for adults who need to improve their fitness or want to try new fitness styles. H2K will help battle childhood obesity, instill fitness values at an early age and encourage already fit families to stay fit and have fun.
Mobile Birthday Party Packages
H2K now solely offers mobile birthday party packages. You provide the space and we will come bring one of our fitness classes to you. All classes will be led by certified H2K instructors, and will incorporate mindfulness and a short meditation.
Choose from yoga, cardio dance, hip hop dance, Lil’ Ninjas or kids’ kickboxing. All classes can be tailored to any age group, from toddlers to teens. Supplies are provided by H2K. Email [email protected] to book a party.
