My GymThis program is for girls and boys that incorporates yoga, creative expression, mindfulness, and other fun activities into a one hour session. For children ages 5-12 every week from 3:30pm-4:30pm.
Instructor is Suzanne O’Daly, a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT) that has extensive training working with children in instructional programs and creates a fun and enjoyable environment.

- Kids should wear comfortable cloths for stretching. Yoga mats are provided. There is a nice lobby where parents can wait outside the studio.
