Premier Classes. Fun for Kids, Great for Parents!LINX Martial Arts students learn focus and lengthen their attention span when they are doing something that they enjoy doing—jumping, leaping, punching, chopping, and kicking.
The kata aspect of martial arts training—a detailed choreographed pattern of movements, which is practiced in unison—teaches the ordering of small steps to achieve success, proper technique, and attention to detail.
Our program supports decision making, whether it’s waiting to begin, waiting for a turn, or spinning in a circle, which then leads to greater self-awareness and control. Each class finishes with meditation to calm bodies, settle thoughts, and integrate the lessons from the class.
