Create-a-Cook aims to teach children by giving them the freedom to 'do' and learn. Their instructors have years of teaching and cooking experience, and their classrooms are designed so that kids learn to cook in a comfortable, safe, hands-on environment, built just for them.

Weekly summer cooking programs are being offered between June 25, 2012, and August 31, 2012. Each week's program is based around a different theme, including 'Bake, Decorate and Celebrate,' 'Regions of Italy' and 'Paris to Provence.' Half-day sessions are offered for children ages 7-10, and full-day sessions are available for children ages 11-15. Each student will bring home dinner for family and friends each day!

You can register for a class or a vacation program by calling 617-795-2223 or register online at createacook.com

Create-a-Cook also offers birthday parties, adult and child workshops, teen classes, weekly cooking classes for ages 3 - 15, vacation week classes in December, February and April, and a cookbook section devoted to cooking for and with kids.
