The instructor, Emily Piper, is known for her go-green art projects which often include recycled materials. Projects will not be 'prewrapped templates'. Imagination and inspiration are key to each project. Artists will be introduced to paper quilling, junkbox sculpture and stylistic painting using crayon resist, silhouette and more.
All materials are included in the fee. A healthy, nut-free snack is included as well as pleasant background music! Students will also get to participate in a few movement games to keep their creativity flowing! Morning studio is for children ages 5-7 and afternoon studio is for 8-12 year olds.
