Was it all work and no play for children living on a farm in 19th-century New England? Was there ever any time for fun? Mary Baker grew up with her brothers and sisters on a farm in rural New Hampshire. Find out what farm life was like for the Baker children in the 1800s at this hands-on family program. Children between 5 and 12 years old are invited to drop in and experience a variety of New England farm chores and crafts, and play some favorite 19th-century games.

Play clothes recommended. Light snack provided. Admission and program are FREE. For more information, contact Natalie Blake-Weber 617.278.9000 ext 350
