Do you believe in fairies? Come make a fairy house to welcome home the fairies in your home, play games and eat fairy treats on the museum's shady lawn.
Kidventure programs are designed for young children and their adult friend or family member to share some time together in a museum setting.
Stay and visit the museum galleries including special exhibition Rescue Me: Fighting Fire in America, a kid-friendly exhibition full of interactives for kids of all ages. Also enjoy the museums collection of model trains, international dolls, antique toys, costumes and role-play life in Victorian times in the Family Discovery Gallery. Tours of the museum's historic colonial home are available upon request.

Driving: From points south: Take Route 128 north to exit 20-A (Route 1A - Hamilton). Follow Route 1A north for 2.3 miles. The Museum is on the right before the Wenham Town Hall.
From points north: Take Route 95 South to Route 128 North. Then follow the directions as above.
Public Transportation:
B&M Commuter Rail to Hamilton-Wenham; 15-minute scenic walk south from the depot on Route 1A.

- Wenham Museum is located in the small village of Wenham located only 30 minutes between Boston and Newburyport. Plan over an hour to tour the museum. Parking is free and there is a playground across the street for all to enjoy.
