This exciting new exhibition features six large scale works by artist Todd Cahill.

A sculptor by training and inclination, Cahill pushes beyond the childlike engineering of toy worlds and constructs through to the visual investigation of drawing.

It will also feature a 'meet and greet' Artist Reception on March 10th, 2016.

“Gone & Now” explores the journey of Todd’s creative process from its origins to where he is today.

Devoid of human form, these drawings are very much about people—people he has known, friends that have left and are no more.

His conscious or unconscious metaphoric choice of subject matter reveals a transcendental connection between what is gone and what is present now.

Selected prints are for sale at the Museum.

The Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation is located at the historic Francis Cabot Lowell Mill complex in the heart of downtown Waltham, Massachusetts, on the site of the first integrated factory in the United States, where the American Industrial Revolution began.

The Charles River Museum explores through its collection and programming the historical impact of industry on American culture by examining the dynamic process of innovation, by celebrating its location in Waltham as a foundation of the American Industrial Revolution, by connecting the expertise of older generations with the inquisitiveness of young people, and by delighting audiences of all ages with an engaging Museum experience.
