Castle Square Tenants Organization is happy to announce that the First Annual Castle Square Youth Art Show will be taking place on May 26th from 5-7PM.

The public event is a celebration of the hard work and accomplishments of the young artists who participate in both the Teen Program and Square Roots program at Castle Square Tenants Organization.

Over the last year, the Teen Program has been working diligently at creating their own artwork, personal artist website, and expanding their skill-sets as young leaders and teachers within our community.

This past spring, the Teen Program joined with the Square Roots program to collaborate on a series of small art projects.

The event will also premiere the promotional community programs videos that the Teen Program have been creating for the past two months in addition to their personal photography work and digital illustrations.

The event will take place on the 2nd Floor of the Castle Square Community Center located at 464 Tremont Street.

Please join us on May 26th from 5-7 PM to celebrate the work of our young artists as a community.

About the CSTO Teen Program:
Our project-based, youth development program hires young adults to participate in college and career focused workshops.

Our Peer Leaders develop 21st century skills through a series of art and vocational training workshops, including: film, video, graphic design, entrepreneurship, goal setting and financial literacy.

Held in CSTO’s safe spaces, our young people develop healthy relationships with their peers and adults while learning the necessary skills to become successful, thriving members of society.

About the CSTO:
The Castle Square Tenants Organization’s mission is to preserve Castle Square Apartments as affordable housing for low and moderate income residents into perpetuity and provide comprehensive community and social supports for residents and the surrounding community.
