She will cover several basic strokes and guide participants through writing a beautiful, simple word.
Michiko will speak about the tools of calligraphy, how they’re used, the history of kanji characters, and the difference between Japanese and western art.
This is an amazing opportunity to learn an ancient art from a master.
All materials will be provided.
This workshop is appropriate for individuals 16 years of age and older.
