Auditions for both Winter shows, the original one act musical 'What the Wolf Saw' (open to students in grades 2-9) and the classic Broadway comedy Once Upon a Mattress (open to students in grades 6-12) are right around the corner, Monday, December 4th and Tuesday, December 5th. There are still a few audition slots left.
The Winter Show is a perfect opportunity for both younger and more experienced actors to work under the guidance of a professional director, music director and choreographer in a challenging and fun environment. Both shows begin rehearsal on Wednesday, January 3rd and perform on Stoneham Theatre's stage the weekend of February 8th-11th. Both shows are inspired by classic fairy tales, feature some of Broadway's most loved tunes and will be a great experience for all! The fee for each programs is $275.
Audition Times
For 'What the Wolf Saw', auditions are 3:00-4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday; for Once Upon A Mattress, auditions are 4:30-9:30pm on Monday and 4:30-7:30pm on Tuesday.
All auditions are held at the theatre, 395 Main Street in Stoneham. For more details about the audition requirements, please see our website www.stonehamtheatre.org.
