On Sunday, June 25th at 11am, minor production changes will make the Blue Man Group show more sensory-friendly, including the reduction of sound and light levels at select moments. Earplugs will be available upon request. The Blue Men will keep their approach to the audience more subdued and limit the amount of direct interaction with the audience. Blue Man Group will also create calming environments outside of the performance for families seeking a break from the excitement.
In addition, audience supports will be in place, including:
• Sound Reducing Headphones
• Reduction of Light Levels
• Trained volunteers
• Calming area
• Judgment-free environment
All tickets to the 11am, June 25th performance are offered at a discounted rate with a portion of the proceeds donated to Autism Speaks. Groups of 15 or more, please call (617) 542-6700.
Blue Man Group is proud to support Autism Speaks. As part of a year long partnership with Autism Speaks, Blue Man Group will donate a minimum of $25,000 toward autism awareness efforts and research to benefit families affected by autism.
