Children are guided through a discovery of nature's broad themes, as well as its hidden subtleties .
Each class has a seasonal topic that children learn about through hands-on exploration, active movement, outdoor play, crafts, stories, and songs.
The day may include exploring animal habitats, building bird nests, or seeing what is hiding under a log.
Classes are designed to connect kids to the natural world and give them an appreciation of it.
PUDDLESTOMPERS offers a personal, close-knit experience, limiting registration to 15-30 campers each week and maintaining a high teacher to student ratio.
Children spend time in age groups for in-depth exploration and all together for active movement and games.
The program runs 5 days a week from 9am-1pm.
There is an Extended Day and Early Drop-Off option (8:30am-3pm).
Snack is provided mid-day and children bring their own lunch.
Sign up is on a weekly basis, so you can sign-up for just one week or join us for the whole summer!
We run our program out of beautiful outdoor sites (with indoor facilities, as well) in Newton, Wellesley, Dedham, Weston and Chestnut Hill.
