Come warm up for Spring!
Learn to dance to the beat of the African drums with Caroline N'diaye; experienced dancer and musician who has studied in Senegal, West Africa and America many kinds of African Music and Dance. We will warm up and do invigorating dance steps that will harmonize our bodies with the rhythms of the drums. All levels are welcome. Bring a lappa or a serong to class or comfortable workout clothes to dance in. See you there!
