This is My First Yoga's first Back to School session and would like to celebrate in style. Bring your child to meet Stretchy the Dog and enjoy yoga demos, crafts, face painting and more.

There is also a raffle to win a FREE birthday party for your child. (All ages welcome)

Helped My Kids Get Exercise And Build Confidence

I sent my two kids (6 & 8) to My First Yoga hoping that it would help them relax a bit. They learned breathing techniques that helped them calm down. They also came home with a whole list of new poses that they were excited to practice. This class has really helped my daughter come out of her shell. She is very shy, but I think the yoga has every student doing new impressive things with their body.. and it has been great for her confidence and self-esteem!

Best Kids Class I Have Been To

I took my 4 year old to a class at My First Yoga with a bunch of friends and we all had a BLAST! I'd have to say that I was not expecting much going into it, but it ended up being the best class that I have taken my son to yet. The kids had fun, and us adults had fun with it as well. The teacher is a young Harvard grad, is super nice and is great with kids. I'd say definitely check this one out!
