Junior GYM is an indoor toddler gym class, where children ages 18 months- 3 years are led through a variety of fun, imaginative, and energetic physical activities.
This class helps children develop motor and social skills by practicing their hand-eye coordination, balance, listening, and by devloping those little muscles! Children follow a series of instructor led activities including: a warm up consisting of welcome songs, stretching and yoga inspired poses, an obstacle course where they can crawl, jump, balance, roll, and bounce, and a cool-down activity to help tame their energy!
