The HMNH is a 2005 Parents Paper 'family favorite'. Children
are fascinated by the animals, from Armadillo to Zebra, including a skeleton of a 42 foot long, 135 million year old Kronosaurus, and a turtle over 7 feet long!
The new multimedia exhibit on Arthropods: Creatures that Rule (insects,
crustaceans, spiders, centipedes-- the oldest and most diverse animals on the planet representing 500 million years of evolution and 85% of all animal life) will awaken the curiosity of any young explorer.
