This workshop is offered for athletes and other active individuals of all fitness levels, who wish to learn muscle maintenance skills to use with a partner, or use alone. The workshop is appropriate for all ages and all levels of experience.

In this workshop you will learn safe, simple techniques to help you to achieve and maintain healthy, flexible, pain-free joints and muscles while engaging in athletic and other physical activities. Learn techniques that you can use to help a training or workout partner, or friend, to speed their muscle growth and recovery. Learn effective self-care muscle maintenance skills as well. The workshop will include basic Sports Massage techniques that can be done anywhere through clothing, plus partner assisted stretching and pair stretching techniques. Learn to do a variety of muscle maintenance techniques that are a workout in itself.

The workshop will be a hands-on, interactive, participation workshop. Come prepared to practice these new muscle maintenance skills on a partner, who will, in turn work on you. You will also learn techniques that you can do without help.

Register with a partner or register alone.
