In this course you will learn the proper techniques for two forms of dry-heat cooking – Pan Broiling and Pan Frying. You will also learn how to make various pan sauces – the nectar of the gods. 90 minutes.

Recipes include: Pan Fried Pork Chops with Mustard and Wine Pan Sauce - Pan Broiled Rib Eye Steaks with Herb Pan Sauce - Quick Pan Sauce of Blue Cheese - Garlic Roasted Potatoes - Greens with a Sherry Vinaigrette.
