Sweet & Cool is for the young chef who loves to create baked desserts, frozen finales and sweet treats. Children will learn basic baking techniques as well as tips used by pastry chefs in professional kitchens. The daily lessons include cake decorating skills, proper baking temps, working with chocolate, fruit and frozen treats. You won't be able to resist these very cool sweets!!

Cool Cakes (Mon): No more store bought cakes! Ladybug Cake * Boston Crème Pie * Strawberry Mousse Cake * Turtle Cheesecake and more.

Fruity Fun (Tues): Sweeten up the summer with cool fruits! Lemon Sorbet * Grilled Peaches & Raspberry Sauce * Blueberry Cobbler and more.

Sweet Tooth (Wed): Fill the cookie jar & your tummy with these cookies and bars. Giant Chocolate Chunks * King Crowns * Tom Thumbs and more.

Frozen Favorites (Thurs): Chill out with this summer favorite. Mocha Chip Bombe * Tropical Banana Split * PB & J Ice Cream Sandwich * and more.

Chocolate River (Fri): Everyone loves chocolate! Melty rich chocolate! Molten Chocolate Cake * Chipotle Chocolate Brownies * Dark Chocolate Mousse and more.

Duration is 2.5 hours each class. The series runs 5 consecutive days.
