Using ingredients we are familiar with - and some that are not so common, we will prepare dishes that are typical of other countries but that have become our favorites! Come with us on this culinary adventure as we travel the globe, tasting great foods - some new and some we've adapted through our own cultural cooking styles.

Fabulous French (Tues): Sweet & Savory Crepes * Vegetable Tart * Chicken Fricasse *Beef au Poivre*Chocolate Souffle* and more.

Island Fun (Wed): Spicy Fish Bites * Jerk Chicken Salad * Pineapple & Coconut Stacks * Luau Roasted Pork * Macadamia Crunch * and more.

Asian Adventure (Thurs): Sushi & Maki Rolls * Chicken Satay * Spring Rolls * Sesame Beef Stir-fry * Super Noodle Bowl * and more.

Italian Feast (Fri): Classic Carbonara * Panzanella Salad * Tri-Color Lasagna * Antipasti* Chicken Parmagiana * Nutella Gelato * and more.

Duration is 2.5 hours each class. Series runs 5 consecutive days.
