Registration is now open for our upcoming fall program: Cooking Classes for Kids in grades K-5. All new students will receive a free Learning Gourmet Culinary Kit upon registration ($30 value) as a gift from The Learning Gourmet and to keep for future sessions or for use at home. Visit our website for more infomration as well as for a schedule of our upcoming outrageously fun Cooking Workshops for Kids.

At The Learning Gourmet, the kids literally do it all, from measuring, mixing, and rolling, to garnishing, decorating, and packaging their unique and delicious creations. Not only do the kids have tremendous fun making new friends while they create and try new foods, they learn important concepts and skills along the way, like teamwork, cooking math and vocabulary, good nutrition, manners and proper etiquette.

Fall Session Times: 9:30-10:45 am (grades K-2); 11:30-12:45 pm (grades 3-5)

$150 per 6 week session plus $25 consumables fee. Pro rated and single session particpation available.

All Classes and Workshops are hosted at the Winthrop Senior Center located at 35 Harvard St., Winthrop, MA 02152. Fron North Shore of Boston take Route 1A South to Route 145). From South Shore of Boston take the Ted Williams tunnel to Route 1A North to Route 145).
