Our philosophy is based on working with children at various physical, emotional and intellectual levels and helping them to help themselves, by developing their confidence and self-esteem through love, understanding and positive reinforcement. Our innovative and carefully constructed programs allow children 3 months to 13 years of age to discover the wonderful things they can accomplish.
Our facility is the ultimate exercise and play superstructure. The gym is specially designed with a built-in climbing and swinging apparatus and state of the art, custom-made equipment. Each week the play space in our gym is completely rearranged in order to create a whole new experience for you and your child.
Our innovative and carefully constructed program enhances strength, balance, flexibility, motor skills and socialization techniques. The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem. There is no such thing as failure at My Gym.
