Whether you are preparing to return to work or just thinking about expressing your breastmilk for an occasional bottle, this class will help you get started. Topics covered include establishing and maintaining an abundant milk supply, introducing a bottle, breastpump options and accessories, tips and techniques for milk expression, safe storage of breastmilk, and combining working and nursing. This class is taught by a board certified lactation consultant. You may take this class either before or after the birth of your baby, and babies are welcome to attend.
