Free demonstration on Thursday, October 25th, from 10:00-10:30 a.m. at the Manchester Athletic Club, 8 Atwater Avenue, Manchester, MA. Open to members and non-members.

From Rt 128 take exit 15 (School St). From the exit, turn toward Essex. Atwater Avenue is 1/4 mile from exit on the right. Turn right onto Atwater from School Street.
The Club is located at the end of Atwater Avenue.
