The Cambridge Women’s Center, in conjunction with the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), are offering free, money management seminars to women during October and November.

This workshop series is designed to help women overcome their particular money challenges. With a series of five classes, this workshop is designed to fit the needs and questions of all participants. If you’re simply looking for tips for dealing with your finances you can attend just one class, but if you really want to hone your financial skills you can attend all five. Women of all income levels are welcome.

Oct 16: Formulating a budget/spending plan and getting out of debt (Beata Dragovics, CFP, Financial Advisor, Ameriprise)

Oct 23: Setting up a savings plan and meeting savings goals (Vitriani Tran, Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC, member of the MSCPA)

Nov 6: Investment strategies for limited budgets (Beata Dragovics, CFP, Financial Advisor, Ameriprise)

Nov 13: Using a computer to track finances (Vitriani Tran, Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC , member of the MSCPA)

Nov 27: Conquering emotional and other barriers to dealing with money (Stella Karavas, CPA, Vice President and CFO of MagCap Engineering, LLC, member of the MSCPA)
