The Malden YMCA is hosting its first time Double Dutch Program for youth ages 8-15. The idea of this program is to teach first timers the basics and fundamentals to jumping rope individually and in a team, the steps and moves to double dutch, teamwork, good sportsmanship and improve confidence, while getting in shape and having fun.
