'Me do yoga's' curriculum is specifically designed to combine the power of movement, strength, and mind through heightened activity as well as those with more of a relaxed tone in order to teach students how to comfortably control their transitions between activity levels in their everyday lives. me do yoga is for families: parents with toddlers and/or preschoolers.
Classes starting now:
Tuesday class: Yoga mats and blankets provided. Class meets at 22 Mt. Auburn Street, Watertown on Tuesdays @ 3.30pm (November 13th - December 18th, 2007, 6-week class)

NEW: Saturday class at the Calvary United Methodist Church, 300
Massachusetts Ave in Arlington, @ 10am (November 10th - December 15th, 2007, 6-week class).
Please bring a (yoga) mat, blanket or a towel. I am not affiliated with the church.
