Join Professional Chef and Certified Instructor Stacey O'Brien, CCP for a delicious evening of culinary fun and education. During each 2 hour demo class you will receive expert instruction, sample each dish and follow along with printed recipes. Complimentary wines will be paired with the menu.

The winter series starts January 8th and runs every TUESDAY through March 18th. Sign up for individual classes ($49 per class); or SAVE $49 by registering for the entire series.

A simple pan sauce is the easiest way to make a good meal great!! Learn the technique to sauté your main dish and then create a flavorful finish all in one pan!

Recipes include:

Pan-seared Scallops with a Ginger Soy Glaze
Tenderloin with a Blue Cheese Dijon Sauce
Herb Crusted Chicken with a Wild Mushroom Wine Reduction
Roasted Vegetable Satay with a Spicy Peanut Sauce.

We'll also whip up simple sauces to top your pasta sides, including Roasted Red Pepper Ricotta Sauce and Say Cheese Sauce. We'll then finish up with a decadent Chocolate Ganache and a Port Wine Sauce perfect for dipping into with fresh fruits.
