Want to live in a healthier, safer environment? Come in and learn about the man-made chemicals that are being introduced to the environment and food chain. Children are more vulnerable to these chemicals, many of which can be found in household cleaning products. Discuss ways to live better with fewer chemicals and why it is important for you and your family.
Lynn Tondat Ruggeri, Ph.D. and Laura Costa, Ph.D., authors of Safer for Your Baby, will take questions and answers after their presentation. Lynn Tondat Ruggeri, Ph.D. is a Professor Emerita by the University of Massachusetts where she has taught and conducted research in the Dept. of Psychology since 1975. Laura Costa, Ph.D. is an experimental psychologist with experience in research, teaching and publishing.
The workshop will be held at the Children’s Museum in Easton on Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 6:30-8:30 pm. The cost is $5 per workshop. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Register at the admission desk or by calling (508) 230-3789.
