'The chefs on TV make it look so easy, so why can’t I do it?' In our kitchen you will have a knife in hand while standing next to a professional chef who will make sure you know what to do with it. Beginning with how to properly hold a knife, our chef will show you how to: julienne - dice - chiffonade - and chop. This course also includes instructions for proper knife care. Basic Knife Skill graduates qualify for a 10% discount on knife purchases.
