It’s never too early for children to learn in the kitchen. This hands-on series is designed for your young, budding chef to learn kitchen safety, food basics and hands-on cooking fundamentals. We will teach your child/teen about measuring & prepping ingredients and basic cooking techniques like knife skills, roasting, baking, sautéing and grilling.

Each day will bring an exciting menu with new cooking challenges, helpful hints regarding food chemistry and great recipes. Using the freshest flavors of the season, we’ll show how herbs and spices easily enhance food along with how to make the best food choices to maintain a well-balanced and delicious eating lifestyle. If your child has a passion for cooking and enjoys good food, this is the series for them.

Fresh Starts: Learn to start your day off by cooking the most important meal of the day. We're getting creative with fun griddle foods, egg-celent favorites, fruitful sides and delicious baked treats.
