In this workshop the student will explore using Reflexology from fertility through the postpartum period. Contraindications, specific techniques and when to refer out will be covered leaving the student feeling confident and educated to work with clients during this most special time in their lives. The workshop will cover modern Reflexology techniques to be used during preconception, throughout the pregnancy trimesters during labor and birth and in the postpartum period.

Prerequisites: 7-hour Reflexology for Stress CE course or read any of the following books: 'The Busy Person's Guide to Reflexology' by Ann Gillanders, 'Reflexology: Health at Your Fingertips' by Barbara & Kevin Kunz, or 'The Everything Reflexology Book' by Valerie Voner.

Instructor: Amy Kreydin - Amy received her Reflexology certificate in 2004 from the Palmer Institute, National Board certificate in 2006 from the American Reflexology Certification Board, and training as a Birth Doula in 2007 from Doulas of North America. She is an active mentor as a Reflexology Doula to the birth professional community in Massachusetts and hosts a preconception and prenatal support group called Conscious Conception. Amy co-taught 'Reflexology for the Childbearing Years' at the Palmer Institute in February 2008 and has an on-going Reflexology practice in the Stoneham area.
