Finger and hand techniques will be taught with emphasis on appropriate pressures for each age group – newborns, young children, teenagers, adults and seniors. Students will learn reflex point locations on the feet, hands and ears. Students will gain a working knowledge of self-help Reflexology to use at home for family members.
Amy Kreydin is a board-certified Reflexologist with a private practice specializing in women’s health, pediatrics, athletes and stress reduction. This course does not fulfill national education requirements to practice as a Reflexologist.
