Gymtots is a fun teacher led 45 minute class with a circle time with music, trampoline time and an age appropriate obstacle course with balance beams, bars, rings, climbing, tumbling and basic rolling (forward and backward rolls).
The class is taught by experienced GF teachers and parents are shown how to spot and help their toddlers on the gym equipment.
